Tech Content Specialist

We are looking for a bright, full-time tech content specialist with a curious mind and a natural writing talent to engage any audience.

Examples of what you’ll do:

  1. Write various types of content (blog articles, website content, newsletters, long-form case studies, social media posts, campaign ads, etc.)
  2. Conduct research and analyze sources such as customer case studies, industry research, and trending topics
  3. Work closely with other teams such as product, customer support, and development
  4. Interpret complex technical topics and present them effectively by adapting style, tone, and word choice to various channels or stakeholder requests
  5. Organize internal or external resources for on-demand content creation, including design and translations
  6. Create and publish engaging content on Multilogin’s social media channels

 

As you advance within the role, you’ll have more opportunities to grow into content marketing lead or contribute to other marketing verticals.

PPC Marketing Specialist

Creative freedom is probably one of the aspects I value the most of working at Multilogin. We take responsibility for what we decide to do and how we do it. I named one of my PPC strategies “Swag Money Process” and now everyone calls it that way.

You’re a good fit if you:

  1. Have excellent storytelling/writing/editing and communication skills in native-level English
  2. Have 3+ years of writing experience, preferably within technology and software companies
  3. Have a degree or a solid background in communications, marketing, journalism, or in a similar field
  4. Can learn technical concepts quickly and convey them in clear, concise and engaging content for tech-savvy audiences, including developers
  5. Are outgoing and can maintain relationships with all levels of stakeholders and personalities
  6. Are comfortable interviewing and capturing relevant details from any type of personalities
  7. Can critically review content (written and visual) and provide constructive guidance that improves the messaging, tone, clarity, flow, etc.
  8. Possess strong project management skills: the ability to track to established objectives, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the immediate needs of the business
  9. Have excellent analytical and creative thinking skills
  10. Have great attention to detail and a ‘good eye’ for visuals and texts
  11. Preferably have managed social media content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  12. Preferably have worked with image editing software
  13. Have demonstrated creativity and proven track record in delivering engaging storytelling
  14. Would be passionate about understanding customers’ use cases and creating meaningful stories of their successes
