Technical Support Specialist (Russian-English)

Examples of what you’ll do:

  1. Provide technical support to users via email and live chat
  2. Investigate user problems and prepare reports for developers
  3. Handle payment-related operations
  4. Connect with users through TeamViewer and investigate their issues
  5. Learn and document information about users
  6. Establish personal relationships with key customers
  7. Participate in software testing

You’re a good fit if you:

  1. Have 2 or more years of technical customer support experience
  2. Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in Russian
  3. Have very good spoken and written communication skills in English
  4. Are punctual and attentive to details
  5. Are able to multitask
  6. Are flexible in your working hours and able to work in mornings, evenings and weekends
  7. Have previous experience in compiling and translating documentation from Russian to English and vice versa
  8. Preferably have previous experience in working with Jira, Confluence, and TeamViewer
