Join our team as a Content Manager and take charge of all aspects of content creation and management, playing a critical role in shaping our online presence and brand image. You'll have the opportunity to lead content strategy, create engaging and high-quality content across various channels, and drive organic growth through SEO optimization and audience engagement. Responsibilities:
- Quickly become an expert in our niche industry, staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging topics. Always keep updated on the market situation, customer needs, and competition trends
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content plan aligned with the product strategy including but not limited to websites and landing pages, long reads, blog articles, social media posts, videos, email newsletters, presentation materials, white papers, and more
- Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and drive organic traffic
- Identify and leverage various content delivery channels effectively to reach target audiences, adapting strategies based on channel performance and business objectives
- Coordinate with freelancers, contractors, and agencies to curate and manage content creation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to highest company quality standards
- Track and analyze content performance metrics to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
- Track the content creation trends of competition and regularly update the content strategy and plans to be always at least one step ahead
Job requirements
- Background education in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Informative Technology or in similar industries is needed.
- From 0 up to 1 year of experience working as a Content Manager or Digital Marketer.
- Fluent spoken and written English (B2-C1)
- Knowledge in at least 3 different types of content distribution channels, be it blog writing, social media management, video production, website landing pages, etc.
- Ability to quickly grasp new niche industries and become an expert voice in the field, demonstrating adaptability and learning agility
- Strong project planning and execution skills with the ability to effectively manage freelancers, contractors, and agencies to deliver high-quality content on time and within budget
- Proven ability to create professional b2b stylish and attractive content with expensive hi-class look and feel but modern, innovative, easy for perception, and definitely not old-fashioned. Professional portfolio demonstrated
