Examples of what you’ll do:

  1. Help to transform strategic directions into actionable plans, activities, and targets for the growth team,
  2. Ensure that our growth team maintains focus on priority tasks and that day-to-day activities are always aligned to the long-term strategy,
  3. Constantly look for areas to improve the internal processes of the team to maximize efficiency and to remove blockers wherever possible,
  4. Actively collaborate Head of Growth to update and optimize plans and processes aligned with company goals, strategies, and values
  5. Work with all members of the growth team to evaluate activities results and to propose changes to plans and processes for further quarters,
  6. Focus on data reporting and providing timely updates to Head of Growth,
  7. People manager for various members of the team, helping with their professional growth and aligning personal and company expectations


We are looking for a Team Leader to work with our growth team to help with the planning, organization, and management of the team to help continue driving the team forward and meeting our strategic goals.

The chosen candidate will play a key role in ensuring alignment between team activities and plans and the strategic direction of the Growth team.

You will help guide the prioritization of initiatives and help to set and review Growth-team goals and OKRs to ensure we are moving the needle on company-wide targets.

Reporting directly to and working closely with the Head of Growth, your work will have a big impact on our company in terms of long-term growth strategies as we scale globally and constantly look to improve the experience we deliver to our users.

You’re a good fit if you have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience Senior Growth or Marketing Team Leader
  2. Strong leadership skills with clarity of thought, good people management and motivation, and previous experience leading teams to achieving and exceeding company goals
  3. Proven experience in growth and marketing planning towards company strategic goals
  4. Strong communication and presentation skills
  5. Are a data-driven leader that is always looking at the data when planning
  6. Previous experience working within software industry
  7. Previous experience working remotely and/or with distributed teams and highly motivated to do so
  8. Ability to manage multiple projects/work at the same time and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  9. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment with limited guidance
  10. Strong experience with budget management towards achieving goals
