You’re a good fit if you:
- Are a native Mandarin Chinese speaker
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
- Have 2 or more years of technical customer support experience
- Have previously worked as a team lead or project manager
- Are able to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Have knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
- Are punctual and attentive to details
- Are able to multitask
- Are flexible in your working hours and able to work in mornings, evenings and weekends
- Live in Tallinn or are willing to relocate to Tallinn
