We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist to help us grow a customer-driven product and business.

Requirements

 

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

 

  • Provide customer support to users through email, live chat, and skype
  • Investigate user problems and prepare reports for developers 
  • Connect to users through TeamViewer and investigate their issues
  • Learn and document information about users
  • Establish personal relationships with key customers
  • Participate in software testing

As you will grow into the role, you’ll have an opportunity to try yourself in other areas including but not limited to quality assurance, technical, support, sales, and marketing.

 

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  • 3 or more years of experience in IT-related customer support
  • Very good spoken and written communication skill in English language
  • Punctual, attentive to details
  • Able to multi-task
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Technical customer support experience is a plus
