In our engineering team, we focus on creating under-the-radar identity protection and automation solutions that safeguard our users' privacy online.

In Multilogin, we create an application to help people to automate and scale online businesses. We help users working with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SMM, crypto, or similar industries through web browser automation.

As an Engineering Team Lead for the billing system of Multilogin, you will have the unique opportunity to lead a team of highly skilled Java developers in the design, development, and maintenance of a cutting-edge billing system that powers one of the fastest-growing SaaS products on the market. With your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will be responsible for driving the development of this critical system, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and secure.

As the Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the engineering culture and driving the team to deliver high-quality, efficient code. You will mentor and develop team members, provide technical leadership, and drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. 
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of this critical component of the Multilogin product.


Responsibilities

    • Maintains high team efficiency, development speed and high quality of resulting work
    • Is responsible for running team ceremonies, setting daily work goals, ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product organization
    • Is responsible for maintaining a fully staffed team and for driving recruitment of open roles in the team, if any
    • Leads, supervises and motivates employees, performs regular 1:1s with each member of their team
    • Evaluates and supports team development, manages personal development, training plans, career development and promotions
    • Evaluates performance on a regular basis and recommends salary changes and maintains retention plans and succession plans for team members
    • Organizes work process, coordinates and controls work actions, ensures the work quality and that tasks are performed on time, including initiative delivery schedules being observed
    • Responsible for the team to understand and follow processes and technologies
    • Acts as a mid or senior developer within the team, for 50% of the time

Job requirements


    • 3-5 years back-end development experience (java/fullstack)
    • Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
    • Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies
    • Excellent Java development knowledge, unit testing, integration testing, and security testing for code
