Financial Controller

At Multilogin, we enable companies to scale their businesses with our sophisticated online identity protection and automation solution. Currently we are focused on high ROI industries: e-commerce, affiliate marketing, SMM, crypto.

You will assist and support the CEO, Operations Unit Lead and an Accountant by collecting, managing and preparing financial reports, documents and facilitate any other financial activities. You'll have an opportunity to participate in development projects to make financial processes and monthly reporting more efficient and assist other Unit Leads in providing financial data to them -e.g. cost, budgets, etc. participate in audits.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a billing team to explain and facilitate VAT-related questions, help in handling credits issued to customers
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist the billing team in providing specifics when it comes to the integration of what we need in these reports to be included in our ERP. Reports include but not limited to: cashflow, P&L, expense reports, etc.
• Engage with auditors and tax authorities and prepare information as needed
• Be the main liaison between billing and accounting
• Design and review internal policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Accounting background, preferably prior experience as a Financial Controller
  
• Strong knowledge in accounting principles and procedures
• Knowledge of international Tax law
  
• Proven experience in finance management
• Excellent communication skills
  
• Experience in creating financial statements and reports
  
• Tech savvy (able to work with accounting software admin panel)
• Overall business acumen
• Fluency in English and Russian
