Job Brief
In our engineering team, we focus on creating under-the-radar identity protection and automation solutions that safeguard our users' privacy online.

In Multilogin, we create an application to help people to automate and scale online businesses and help users working with affiliate, e-commerce, SMM, crypto or similar industries through web browser automation. 

As Frontend Team Lead you will take control of the growth and strategy for the team developing the core of our customer’s experience.

The team delivery gets a lot of exposure and visibility both from the customers and from the management.

This person will be responsible for driven development, getting features out in the customer’s hands and therefore a key team to lead if you are interested in having a direct impact on product success and getting direct customer feedback. 


    • Leads and motivates teammates, drive development

    • You will be responsible for running team ceremonies, setting daily work goals, ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product organization

Job Requirements

        - 5 years front-end development experience
        - Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
        - Strong knowledge about agile development methodologies
        - Expert in JavaScript and Angular, ElectronJS knowledge, unit testing, integration testing, security testing for code
        - Strong collaboration and communication skills, strength in mentoring
        - Fluent english
        - Client focused

Bonus skills 

      • Previous experience in working with Dockers, AWS
      • Strong system design skills, experience with microservices and distributed systems
      • Previous experience in working and / or leading squads, tribes, feature teams approach preferable
