Job description

As the Head of Product , you are responsible for the full product vision, strategy, and execution. You will have full ownership of the problem space and solutions based on deep knowledge of the end user (both customer and partners), data usage (of our products, industry, competitive landscape), and business strategy. This role will have direct responsibility for Product resources, and lead and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, data analysts to discover and build an innovative and optimized fulfillment platform for our customers and partners.

  • We are looking for a Head of Product to contribute to the evolution of the ML as our flagship product. The product team is now a team of three including two product managers and a UI/UX designer. This person will work cross-functionally with all the other teams at ML such as Engineering, Growth and Customer Experience.

  • Product team is ultimately responsible for:
    • Business/Product strategy definition, validation, and development
    • Setting high-level Product-Engineering objectives and key results
    • Prioritising product and engineering initiatives based on analytics and research
    • Planning and executing initiatives
    • Researching needs of existing and prospect users
    • Defining business requirements for solutions, outlining solution contours and facilitating technical design in engineering teams
    • Maintaining product roadmaps and backlogs



  • Defining, validating and developing business/product strategy
  • Setting high-level Product-Engineering objectives and key results in collaboration with other department leads and CEO
  • Defining and tracking product team's performance metrics
  • Setting OKRs for the product team
  • Leading product function`s overall initiatives and goals,
  • Overseeing product function`s activities and matters related to product discovery, analysis, prioritization, documentation, and implementation,
  • Building an organizational culture that is collaborative, proactive, inclusive, diverse and respectful,
  • Coaching product managers in the product team on better management, leadership and ways of working
  • Continuously mentoring, encouraging, empowering, and celebrating,
  • Making determinations for staff and training needs,
  • Calculating and proposing costs and budgets for Multilogin application and other Multilogin projects as well as other relevant costs,
  • Encourage innovation within engineering teams,
  • Maintaining high team member engagement in the product team;
