Multilogin is thrilled to set some conversations with experienced Sales and Business Development Team Leads to build and develop a scalable, consistent operation focusing on hypergrowth for our flagship product. Sufficient room for impact and offering the perfect ramp for a top professional to collaborate with an existing mix of top colleagues and market leading product, respected, loved and acknowledged as a pioneer in its industry with global reach and unlimited potential while partnering with our customers on an equal footing.


Responsibilities:

  • Own Multilogin’s sales and business development strategies, resources, and overall paid user conversion and retention targets and understand the barriers to success and creatively finding solutions
  • Lead by example by direct business development involvement and unblocking the team
  • Focus on closing the customer deals, retaining customers, and co-building the sales strategy along with leadership team
  • Recruit and manage the Sales and Business Development team
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team to optimise use of resources to enable hypergrowth
  • Proactively build pipeline and enable high quality customer acquisition funnels
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting for the Business Development operations and leadership team
  • Monitor progress, areas of underperformance and propose solutions to ensure team success
  • Continuously appraise, coach and support the existing business development team
  • Work closely with the growth team to identify new customers and to optimize our approach
  • Open for a long term contractor position :) 

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing a fully remote team with highly dynamic work schedules
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset to consistently meet or exceed goals
  • Previous experience of working as a Team Manager or Manager in a SaaS software business
  • Prior business development / lead generation experience in Software or IT, SaaS specifically
  • You like to interact & build relationships with people at all levels and are able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent data reporting, presentation and communication skills
  • You easily connect and communicate with decision makers
  • Clear focus on customers, performance, and results
  • High level of initiative and responsibility, self-reliant action
  • Excellent knowledge & grasp of the Sales process
  • Ability to interact, coach and learn from an experienced team
  • Self motivated but understands the importance of being part of a team and achieving success together
