Job description

In Multilogin, we create an application to help people to automate and scale online businesses. We help users working with affiliate marketing, e-commerce, SMM, crypto, or similar industries through web browser automation.


We are looking for a Social Media Specialist that could help us to increase our brand awareness on social media on a global level. We want to improve our social media outlet for greater results. In this role you will responsible for creating and administering high-quality, fun, insightful content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. 


Responsibilities: 

- Using social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand

- Working with the growth team to develop creative social media marketing campaigns
- Interacting with users and other stakeholders via the company’s social media account
- Analysing Multilogin’s social media strategy plan and identifying strategic weakness and making recommendations for improvements
- Researching and applying social media trends

- Setting key performance indicators for social media campaigns such as targets for engagements rates, number of likes, or measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs 





Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in international business 
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms
  • Working with social tools  (we use Hootsuite, Meltwater) 
  • Ability to use social media for high impressions, engagement rates
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic, and SEO
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a remote team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high standard of English
  • A good understanding of corporate branding and how to communicate a brand online
  • Experience doing buyer persona and audience research
  • Familiarity with publishing and UI 
  • Good editing of video content for YouTube and creating video content for other social media channels using native tools
  • Creative skills to keep target audience engaged through visual content
