Job description

We are looking to hire a User Onboarding Specialist to help us grow a customer-driven product and business. This offer is ideal for people with previous experience in IT and sales.

Requirements

 

EXAMPLES OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

 

  • Help users make first steps with our software
  • Provide users with answers to difficult software setup related questions in close collaboration with product and development teams
  • Provide support to users through email, live chat, skype, and other similar tools
  • Investigate user problems arising during onboarding
  • Learn and document information about users
  • Establish personal relationships with key customers
  • Participate in software testing


As you will grow into the role, you’ll have an opportunity to try yourself in other areas including but not limited to quality assurance, technical support, sales, and marketing.

 

 

OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  • 3 or more years of experience in IT
  • Very good overall knowledge of computers, networks, operation systems, software etc
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skill in English and Russian language
  • Punctual, attentive to details
  • Able to multi-task
  • Flexible in working hours
  • Technical customer support experience is a plus
  • Sales experience is a plus
