As an Engineering Team Lead for our new Platform team, you will dedicate 50% of your time to hands-on development, crafting scalable solutions. The rest 50% - team leadership, mentoring and driving project success.

Stack: Go, Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, Redis, AWS, Grafana, PostgreSQL, Jira, Confluence

Responsibilities

• Maintain high team efficiency, development speed and high quality of resulting work
• Be responsible for running team ceremonies, setting daily work goals, ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product organization
• Lead, supervise and motivate employees, performs regular 1:1s with each member of their team
• Evaluate performance on a regular basis and recommend salary changes and maintain retention plans and succession plans for team members
• Organize work process, coordinate and control work actions, ensure the work quality and that tasks are performed on time
• Be responsible for the team to understand and follow processes and technologies
• Act as a mid or senior developer within the team, for 50% of the time

Requirements:

• 3-5 years back-end development experience
• Minimum 1 year experience leading a team
• Strong knowledge about agile development methodologies
• Excellent Golang and SQL knowledge, unit testing, integration testing, security testing for code
