Job description

We’re looking for talented and driven Account Executives! Choose your approach to reach your targets and make up to 100% of your base salary in bonuses and commissions without any caps.

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts
  • Drive the whole sales process, from lead generation to close
  • Identify ideal customers and buying personas in assigned region
  • Take the initiative to proactively generate new leads and establish connections with potential clients, with a specific focus on breaking into new logo accounts
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Regularly report on account status to senior management
  • Be responsible for meeting the sales goals
  • Compose sales offers and solutions in accordance to customer's needs
  • Stay familiar with the offered products and services and the applying conditions

Job requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of successful experience as a SaaS Account executive
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS products, services, and industry trends, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to clients
  • Highly skilled in multi-channel outreach and creating effective outreach sequences
  • Proven track record of growing client accounts
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts
  • Strong analytical skills, with a propensity for data-driven decision-making
  • Proficiency with digital sales tools and approaches, as well as Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, project-driven environment, with the ability to pivot tasks and strategies quickly
