Technical Support Team Leader (Russian-English)

Examples of what you’ll do:

  1. Lead the team of Russian and English-speaking technical support specialists
  2. Provide customer support to users through email, live chat, and skype
  3. Define and monitor KPIs and make sure that they are met
  4. Investigate user problems and prepare reports for developers
  5. Connect to users through TeamViewer and investigate their issues
  6. Learn and document information about users
  7. Establish personal relationships with key customers
  8. Participate in software testing
  9. Work closely with other teams, such as Product and Marketing
  10. Responsible for compiling and translating the documentation from Russian to English language and vice versa
  11. Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members

  1. Have five or more years of experience in IT-related customer support and at least 2 years on the leadership role
  2. Have previous experience in compiling and translating documentation from Russian to English and vice versa
  3. Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in Russian and English
  4. Are punctual and attentive to details
  5. Are able to multitask
  6. Are flexible in your working hours and able to work in mornings, evenings and weekends
  7. Preferably have previous experience in working with Jira, Confluence, and TeamViewer
  8. Are open minded and willing to work in the fast growing startup
