You’re a good fit if you:
- Have five or more years of experience in IT-related customer support and at least 2 years on the leadership role
- Have previous experience in compiling and translating documentation from Russian to English and vice versa
- Have excellent spoken and written communication skills in Russian and English
- Are punctual and attentive to details
- Are able to multitask
- Are flexible in your working hours and able to work in mornings, evenings and weekends
- Preferably have previous experience in working with Jira, Confluence, and TeamViewer
- Are open minded and willing to work in the fast growing startup
